We close for Xmas today until Jan 4th and would just like to wish all our contacts a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and a strong 2022.
2021 was a busy year with over 100 residents moved into completed homes across 4 developments - a mix of Supported Living residents, first time buyers, renters and families.
Thank you to our internal team, plus our excellent teams of lawyers, lenders, agents, consultants, and the planning officers and councils we work with across the East Midlands, and our end buyers and customers who continue to drive demand - and a huge thank you to the main build Contractors and many sub contractors we use across the various developments who do the actual graft in all weathers on the sites throughout the year.
We look forward to a big 2022, with 5 developments due to complete next year. CGI below of our exciting Sherwood development that is underway.
