We have in house vastly experienced Construction Management, and Architects, and can acquire the pre approved sites by Commissioners in the East Midlands, get planning permissions, and develop the sites to tight programmes and at the right specification and budget. We provide energy efficient buildings – ensuring future owners and citizens have an energy efficient, high quality place they can call home. Our high quality accommodation is designed to provide the right layouts to maximise the level of support, and independence required for the various cohorts we work with – such as Mental Health or WLD. Ensuring there is amenity space, plus communal indoor space and staff quarters, and self contained apartment space to encourage independence is very important to our in house design team, and we offer the full Consulting service for free with Commissioning and Care Provider teams, to make sure they are happy with the layouts we provide.
