The sum of three thousand pounds (£3,000.00) to be used by the County Council towards bus stop improvements at bus stop GE0361 on Cedar Grove including raised boarding kerbs such sum to be BCIS Index Linked.
Open space Contributions to enhance local Space in the City of Nottingham of £15,353.74
2021
Open space Contributions to enhance local Space in the City of Nottingham of £45,453
Affordable housing Contributions towards Affordable Housing of £53,000
2022
Affordable Housing Contribution of £10,000 together with Index Linking of £294.88 from 2021 SEP to 2022 JAN totalling £10,294.88, plus a further financial contribution of £5,000 towards affordable housing
And Open Space Contribution of £20,096 together with Index Linking of £592.59 totalling £20,688.59 plus a further financial contribution of £5,000 towards open space improvement.
