We acquire the pre approved sites by yourselves across Yorkshire, get planning permissions, and develop the sites to tight programmes and at the right specification and budget. We pride ourselves on delivering on time, and communicating throughout, a quality specification development - with every one of our team an expert in their field.
We pride ourselves on providing energy efficient buildings in Leeds, Sheffield and beyond, often with solar panels, and always with efficient heating systems, with floor and wall insulation – ensuring the future owners and citizens will have an energy efficient, high quality place they can call home. Our high quality accommodation is designed to provide the right layouts to maximise the level of support, and independence required for the various cohorts we work with – such as Mental Health or WLD. We ensure our in house design team provide amenity space, plus communal indoor space and staff quarters, and self contained apartment space to encourage independence, and we offer the full Consulting service for free with the Commissioning and Care Provider teams, to make sure they are happy with the layouts we provide. This then ensures the end result leads to happy citizens and Care teams, thus helping establish independence for our Support Users, ensuring healthy, satisfied and self sustaining time living in their new homes.
