Nottingham based property development company, Hockley Developments, have been nominated for two national business awards. (see here).
It was announced on Monday, that Hockley Developments have been short listed for two SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) National Business Awards, with the winners due to be announced at Wembley on Friday 4th December.
Hockley Developments who build apartments and houses in the Nottingham area, and have grown rapidly over the last 3 years – with 5 development sites currently up and running – have been short listed in the Business of the year with less than 50 Employees category, and in the prestigious University of Cambridge Business school sponsored, High Growth Business of the Year category, alongside 4 other national companies including Mindful Chef, the popular meal delivery service.
Managing Director of Hockley Developments, Alan Forsyth, stated, “We are delighted to have been recognised for all the hard work the team have put in over the last 12 months. This has not been an easy period for anyone clearly and I am proud of how my team have risen to the challenge.
The Construction sites have performed fantastically as have the office staff - often working from home, and now working 3 days a week from the office.
We still have a lot of belief in the Nottingham market - and have acquired a new development site during the lockdown.
