Welcome to the first update on your off plan property purchase at Vivian Avenue, Nottingham.
The build team have had an excellent start, clearing the site completely and the mezzanine floor has already been started for the top floor with the steels all craned in.
The internal walls have started to go in on the second floor, and the team will continue to work down the building over the next few weeks.
We are currently around 10 days ahead of schedule.
