Our new Sherwood Library Development has seen the opening of perhaps our biggest known tenant in Sainsbury's Local who opened their store on Mansfield Road on Thursday 9th November.
The supermarket giant will be housed on the ground floor of our mixed-use scheme which also includes a number of modern apartments and the inclusion of Sherwood Library, which is twice the size of the old library being replaced.
Sainsbury's will employ 21 people at their Sherwood store, a unit over 2,569 sq ft in size.
