We are making excellent progress on our 11 apartment development, Porchester House, in Mapperley.
6 kitchens are now in - those flats are ready apart from flooring - with bathrooms in and second fix electrics and plumbing completed.
The extension is now water tight and the roof and new windows are in and first fix joinery and electrics in.
The 5 detached houses at Porchester Mews are also seeing excellent progress, with the first three 95% completed, and the next two on track to be water tight by the end of the year.
