We are delighted to have planning approved and to have made an excellent start at our 23 apartment development at Millbeck house.
The strip out is complete across the building, and the new windows are going in as you can see on the attached photos.
We have pushed on with getting a show apartment ready, and the kitchen has just gone in, with the plastering and painting already done. See attached.
We have a strong team with joiners, electricians, Plasterers and plumbers on site, and expect big progress over the next 4 months.
