We are very pleased to announce that we will be hosting our First time buyer event on Saturday 26th October from 9.30am to 12pm at our office in Nottingham city centre.
It’s a friendly informal event over a coffee to explain and provide information to First time buyers of how to take the first step in purchasing their first home and getting on the property ladder. We will also be discussing the Help to buy scheme in more detail and the different options you can take advantage of; such as the Help to Buy ISA and also the Help to Buy Equity Loan and how they can be both used together to really maximise what the government is offering.
We have also asked our highly professional independent mortgage advisor to come to this event to speak with first time buyers and give them advice about their individual financial situation but also general advice on how to build their credit score etc. There are some people that have provisionally booked 30 minute appointment with the mortgage advisor to have a brief sit down and go through their finances to find out what mortgage options would be available them so they have a clear understanding of the maximum price of the property they could buy.

We will also be showing you some of our stunning developments. We can show you some of the previous projects that have already completed to show you the level of finish we work too. But more importantly we will show you our brand-new developments that will be complete at different stages throughout 2020.
