Our Gladstone St houses are almost ready for the roofs to be installed and the bricklayers are working well on here this week and will be finished by 1st May.

These should make excellent progress in May and June, with windows going in, during May. More photos will follow.

Studio House
We have managed to continue to have contractors working on this site safely - with electricians and joiners working here over the last 3 weeks, following government guidelines. See photos taken in mid April.
Almost all the apartments are compartmentalised, and first fixed, and this will continue over the next 2-3 weeks, with plastering due to start mid May, and internal doors arriving at the same time.
Kitchens will follow in early June.

Porchester House and freehold houses in Mapperley, NG3
Our latest development to get started in February this year of 11 apartments and 5 detached three and four bed houses has made great progress in the last 2 months - see photos showing progress on the houses here. We currently have Groundworkers, bricklayers and labourers working safely in different parts of the site, being overseen by our experienced site Manager.
We expect to see continued progress in May, with bricklayers working, plus work taking place on the apartment building extension, and in the conversion.
