Katherine House - Nottingham, NG7

 

Our first development in Carrington. This was an excellent conversion into 16 apartments across two buildings with unique features. With bay windows, high ceilings, private gardens and terraces available, each apartment had strong demand.  We were delighted to see owners move in days after sign off and completion, and this has proven a very popular development, which encouraged us to continue to source similar development opportunities in the area.
